Everything you need to know about the LQA Sirius Awards 2026

The LQA Sirius Awards are by invitation only, with invitees nominated by LQA's Professional Guests. 

Each LQA Professional Guest can award up to 3 people as a 'Star Employee' during their guest-service assessment of a hotel.  Our Professional Guests nominate up to 3 Star Employees for a Sirius Award, those who created an unforgettable impression on them above and beyond the rest.

A panel of judges within LQA will evaluate all of the nominations put forward by LQA Professional Guests.  

For each Sirius Award awardee, an additional representative from their hotel and the overall brand will be invited. This makes it an even more spectacular experience and recognition within the hotel and brand. 

Each Sirius Award Winner will be contacted directly by LQA and organised through their hotels management.
